Getting here

Gosford Pines is situated just off the A30, approximately ten miles east of junction 29 of the M5 (Exeter).

Directions

From the M5:

• Leave Exeter on A30.
• Ignore the sign to Ottery St Mary at Daisymount exit and remain on A30.
• Leave A30 at Pattesons Cross junction, signed Feniton, Fenny Bridges and Fairmile.
• Turn right at end of slip road under A30.
• You will reach a T-junction (the old A30) where you turn right and immediately left (really a staggered crossroads) onto Gosford Road.
• Follow the road for 400 yards until you reach a small crossroads with Gosford Lane marked to right and a letter box on a post on the left hand side.
• Turn left on to a private road (farm track) and go straight along it.
• When the track forks to the left go straight ahead through the gate to the red brick house ahead of you. That is Gosford Pines.

From the east along the A303/A30:

• Follow the A303/A30 past Honiton.
• About a mile beyond Honiton take the Ironbridge junction off the A30, signed Ottery St Mary, Feniton, Fenny Bridges and Fairmile.
• Turn left at the end of the slip road onto the B3177.
• Follow this road, ignoring the first sign to Ottery, and drive straight through Fenny Bridges.
• You will then come to a staggered junction with Feniton signed to the right and Ottery to the left.
• Turn left onto the Gosford Road heading towards Ottery.
• Follow the road for 400 yards until you reach a small crossroads with Gosford Lane marked to right and a letter box on a post on the left hand side.
• Turn left on to a private road (farm track) and go straight along it.
• When the track forks to the left go straight ahead through the gate to the red brick house ahead of you. That is Gosford Pines.
